My philosophy

Health and happiness are holistic to me. To be our healthiest and happiest, I believe it comes down to what we understand about the world and our place within it, our daily habits, how we speak to ourselves, how/what we eat, how we exercise, who we spend our time with and our sense of community, how we cope with change and stress, and how present we are in the moment. I'm studying to become a nutritionist and really wanted to create a place where I can share what I learn about happiness, health and mindfulness and hope people can come here to get inspired, to learn something or to cook one of my recipes...enjoy! :)
